Beautifully balanced and brimming with citrus blossom, lime and white honey aromas - this Riesling style is a flash from my past and 2023 is especially for my Dad. The scrumptious flavours are like a white water rapid, and the finish as fresh and clean as the bush after rain.

A lovely example of Riesling with a bouquet and palate of freshness and vibrato. Flavours of ripe red and pink apple, lemon and fruit spices, there's a layer of steely minerality and seashell.

Textures of satin are contrasted by the acid line circling back to flavours that reflect the bouquet with a delicate tickle of sweetness on the finish. Balanced, well-made and ready to drink from 2024 through 2030+.
